On June 12, 2026, Prof. Yean-Der Kuan and Prof. Jui-Ching Hsieh from the Taiwanese university NCUT (National Chin-Yi University of Technology), located in Taichung, visited the Institute of Thermomechanics of the CAS.
The main point of the program was the signing of a memorandum of understanding, which was signed by Prof. Yean-Der Kuan and the Director of the Institute, Assoc. Prof. Miroslav Chomát, on behalf of both parties. This document will serve as an official framework for future academic cooperation between the two institutions.
