Based on the proposal of the Board of the Institute of Thermomechanics of the CAS the chairwoman of the Czech Academy of Sciences prof. Eva Zažímalová has appointed Prof. Miroslav Chomát as the new director of the Institute of Thermomechanics of the CAS for a five-year term, effective from 1 December 2021.
