On the Motion of Viscous Incompressible Fluid Flow: The Navier - Stokes Equations

Abstract:
The present paper deals with the construction of weak solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations in both the stationary and the non-stationary case. The methods is based on a sophisticated coupling between the Lagrangian and the Eulerian description of fluid flow being able to conserve the energy.
