The Institute collaborates with various universities on grant projects and education of graduate and postgraduate students. Many university lecturers are part-time employees of the Institute, and likewise, many of our researchers give lectures at universities. The Institute holds accreditation for postgraduate programmes offered by the Mathematical and Physical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Brno, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Liberec and Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University, Prague. The Institute also holds accreditation for Biomechanics postgraduate programme offered by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and the 1st and 2nd Faculties of Medicine of the Charles University in Prague. In addition, the Institute provides postgraduate programmes to students from other universities (including foreign universities) through collaboration agreements. The topics of the postgraduate programmes include Mechanical engineering, Applied Sciences in Engineering, Physics, and Electrical Engineering and Informatics.
Currently we have more than 20 students enrolled in postgraduate programmes provided by the Institute and about 30 postgraduate university students supervised by our scientists.
